Both awesome but I wouldn't call them ranters. They're much more methodical. If I'm looking for someone to go on a 30-minute tyrade of death, Chaffee is just unmatched. Bart Kay might be runner-up.

Absolutely. But Chaffee is the next level in that department, his knowledge on health corruption is insane and his detail retention is bonkers
