fucking hell, i've got dry eye again, it's torture. it just happens out of the blue every few years or so, for no apparent cause. one eyeball feels like it's got sand in it and it hurts like hell. it's 3 at night. ðŸ˜

i hate pain that is completely senseless. it's like those ear infections my mother kept suffering every few years. she didn't do anything to deserve those. it was just life giving her crap.

Yeah being in a colder climate can do that, however from what I've gathered from reading just a few things from you is that you grew up there. You have contacts or is this something different?

So just dealing with bullshit.
one of the reasons i've been wanting to get away from Norway is that i don't react well to the climate. sometimes, the cold can trigger asthma. the lack of sun in winter gives me SAD so i take vitamin D. and the dry air in winter dries out my skin and mucus membranes, which i try to compensate for with a humidifier.
I know how it goes. People really discount the benefits of vitamin D in your system and SAD it a hard thing to deal with.
