Could NWC be expanded to allow other users to request invoices? Replacing LNURL, removing the public webserver requirement?

Kinda figured this wasn't a new idea. Seems to make a lot of sense and solves a sticky issue even for something like Alby Hub. I wonder what the cons were 🤔
