Not revealing the public keys isn't a serious defense. Miners can just try to re-mine the block after you've spent.

It's at least some defense. Even after this presentation, I'm not super well versed in the quatum attacks but I'm glad they're talking about it and coming up with some ways to prevent/resist it for when the quantum attacks do come.
