Evenly distributed, a 20% "Doge Payout" every year is just a universal basic income BTW.
If they really cared about saving your money, they wouldn't collect it to begin with. I like bribes as much as the next guy but come on.

Let me bribe you with your own money , but in all seriousness with how whole departments are getting gutted right now and whole field are getting obsolete , I don’t see any other out than a circumstantially needed UBI , there is no proper transition in place currently so they would have to fall back on UBI to calm the revolution
