2 years ago I took FMLA and I still haven’t professionally recovered from it.

It’s felt like a setback.

It’s felt like a weakness I’ve had to own and grow from.

Am I just screaming into the void.

I am unchallenged and under paid at work.

Experiencing ineffective managers and mid tier talent in my team.

I’ve tried to be a better leader and learn whatever that means.

Everyday is a slog to just pay the bills.

I am asking more from work, if they don’t show up, I will look elsewhere.
