low processing transformation function in physics

physics knows something similar in fact. that is known as nuclear reactions.

only small amount of energy is used to gain enormous amounts of energy. also the amount of entropy created for example in such scenarios as nuclear explosion is many orders of magnitude larger than what was used for the generation of such a bomb.

what does this mean?

how is it possible to put only tiny amount of energy into a process but gain multiple orders of magnitude more energy or entropy out?
