If you have to have coffee first thing in the morning, you aren't getting a good night's sleep.

I used to have to. Not done that in years. Coffee comes after I've been awake a couple hours and had my breakfast & my chores are done. And I don't even drink caffeinated anymore. Just decaf... and sometimes some tea.

Decaf coffee with raw milk is a way to get my collagen in me. Pretty much breakfast every day.

I did need caffeine in the morning, so I gave it up 7 days ago. After 5 days I was over it, I now have great energy and no crash.

I can't believe you didn't get that I'm referring to people who regularly rely on caffeine, as a replacement for sleep (it's not).
