1 sat for each set.

Do 6 sets of squats at any weight 3 times a week and you will be healthier than 90% of men as you go through your 30's 40's and 50's etc

Agreed! I do them now just with free weights, been squat rack will help me take it to the next level and I get a non bedroom pull up bar lol.
