It's about what I expected an Oregonian who doesn't get a lot of sun in the winter is low on vitamin D and my family history of high cholesterol is showing through.

At least I know I can up my vitamin D supplements. I thought I was overdoing it, but I guess I'm not doing it enough. 🤣
