While the robots are working, we're going to prepare the first try of making pizza with the everything sourdough today.

Fed the sourdough 2 days ago, it tripled its volume in 3 hours leaving me with enough starter for bread and pizza.
Let them rest over night and prepared the "buns" next morning.

Folded them a few times before oiling them up, a few hours later, they looked like this and went into the fridge until further use. (Don't forget to take out hr ahead of time)
