That's correct for Swyers. "Genetic male" means chromosomally male but she says genotype/phenotype mismatch so the phenotype is female. When we talk about sex we mean the sex phenotype not the genotype - the phenotype is what defines your reproductive role. Otherwise Swyers could not gestate babies.
