They are cannon fodder for another dictatorship, but I think that at such times the only thing that is thought of is overthrowing the government
War is a kinetic proof-of-work protocol. After a successful revolution there will be a period of peace where the leadership can be trusted not to exploit the people. But it won't last, and war will again be necessary. This is natural
