What’s the deadline? If they bail them out quickly, that’s easy to call.
How about: if Congress passes legislation to bailout SVB’s depositors, and the president signs it before July 1st, you win. Otherwise, on July 1st, I win.
I’m open to suggestions for escrow or we can just 🤝 and shame the loser if they don’t pay.
