I'm all for State's rights and their ability to legislate and run themselves as the citizens of those states wish. However, there is a beauty in how the constitution was written and how it was intended to be perceived as a guarantor of freedoms and not a limiter of freedoms.

I agree, the people of Louisiana have to wake up and smell the crawfish.
