Voters could use a cognitive test...and maybe check the heart rate since several are either dead or not born yet. 🤔

I'd like a popular vote for term limits at the federal level...only applying to federal-level offices. States can determine what they do at the state level.

And want photo ID...and preferably paper ballots...for making these federal election decisions.
