I think one of the biggest challenges to nostr adoption is that majority of the clients are made to feel like twitter.

Want to read the replies to a note? Have to click on the note text itself rather than comment button.

Reading replies to replies takes you down a messy rabbit hole.

(Obviously the empty feed and general confusion and finding people to begin with is a challenge but after that, this is the next biggest issue and something that could easily be solved on the client end)
