It is very important to remember that Harry Reid a Democrat from Nevada was the Senate majority leader that removed the filibuster and when he removed the filibuster for judicial appointments, Mitch McConnell said be careful what you wish for because when the filibuster is gone and we get in power we can do what we want. That’s the only reason that we have, a majority of conservatives on the court, so Harry Reid is to blame this guy being the idiot that he is one day: Everything will one day switch back Republican and with no filibuster it’ll be all over déjà vu again.
