I appreciate your posts and the signal. The volume may be a bit high for me. I don’t budget a lot of time for daily nostr. Maybe consider reducing some of the duplication of the same signal in multiple posts?

Yes, it would work on a platform with an algorithm that puts your publication on people's feeds all day long, but without an algorithm I'm obliged to be present regularly in order to be in your feed, otherwise it's a question of timing: you have to be logged in when I publish, the probability is low.
Interesting response. I may be in the minority but that doesn’t line up with the way I use nostr. I manage my own feed via who I follow and scroll back roughly daily to see my entire feed back to where I last stopped. If someone has too much noise (repetitive, low signal, or just too many posts), I unfollow. You’re getting close to my personal unfollow threshold even though I find a lot of your posts to be high signal.
