Restaurant spotlight: District Dumplings in the Mosaic district, Fairfax, VA
If youβre in the area, I highly recommend them! They have several creative flavors like bulgogi (my favorite) and squash and cheese (think pumpkin, not zucchini) along with classics like pork and celery or soup dumplings (nostr:npub1jrx2fk666k5nt8vgak9xwyxlgcwh8fl9rvpwvvcpdthuqkcnptrqdfhtaq βs favorite). Itβs also a good place to speak Mandarin if, like me, youβre always looking for practice!
