When we hash out a menu, I'll probably post more about it. One of the fun aspects of working at this wine shop is when we get access to rare wine like this. We plan special wine dinners around the wines that we get. We do wine dinners all the time, but these ones are special.

That's definitely the fun part. Since my boss got this wine in an auction, we don't necessarily know if it's still all good, so we have to open a bottle and try it And then work from that.

Like you can make some educated guesses based off of the grape but you really don't know until you try it.
