Sir, what happens if your seedsigner is separated from you? Damaged somehow? Or something else?

Do yourself a solid and learn how to access your wallet(s) in less than ideal circumstances.

Learn how to do it quickly. Repeatable. And comfortable with the process.

I lose my @seedsigner every time I turn it off. You should really build one so you can make better arguments because you’re not making much sense in regards to the seedsigner where the keys are not stored on the device.

Interesting. I wasn't aware the seeds were wiped when it is powered off. I've never used s seed signed as you can tell 😀

It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends on not understanding it.

Sponsorship is censorship.

Perhaps. But the CBP is not sponsored by any hardware wallet/signing device companies 😀

Hm. I mistakenly believed you were from the frequent MK4 exposure on your show. I always heard those as ad reads. That’s my mistake. My apologies.

No worries. People jump to conclusions all the time.

I like the MK4 because it does exactly what I want it to do and as a result I don't want to replace it. Same applies to my soon to be 23 year old car and 31 year old motorcycle. They just work and does exactly what I want. When I find something I like, I stick with it.

And this isn't a knock against other products. But if the product sucks, it sucks and we should call them out for their suckage.

Coinkite guidance is that you should plan to replace your HWWs every 2-3 years, you may get a lot more mileage out of yours, but wanted to provide this info.

I had similar thought about my mk3 when it still got updates. Now that the Q is out, it’s only a matter of time.

Len's point is still a good point. Maybe not for your use case, but for many other people's use case, it is a good point.
