Not only jab RNA but the spike protein itself so if the infection gets viral, it could become bad news. The jab though makes the spike get into places it shouldn't be in very easily.

Omicron had multiple mutations on the spike and dangerous pieces of it was neutralised. I read a substack that pointed to evidence that it was also engineered as a natural "vaccine", because the mutations on the omicron spike does not look natural, if you compare to how other other variants have evolved.

Preprint: SARS-CoV-2 causes brain inflammation and induces Lewy body formation in macaques
Post-mortem analysis demonstrated infiltration of T-cells and activated microglia in the brain, and viral RNA was detected in brain tissues from one animal. We observed Lewy bodies in brains of all rhesus macaques. These data emphasize the virus’ capability to induce neuropathology in this nonhuman primate model for SARS-CoV-2 infection.
