I just tried to opt out of it.

Having a Czech language interface set, a web form lets the user select a country from the drop-down list and then it complains such country like "Česká republika" doesn't exist. 😄

Fixed by typing "CZ" into the corresponding text box. Meta will review the validity of my request. 😥
