100% would rather be rolling than weightlifting. Definitely appreciate the brotherhood, and mutual goals of improving on mind and body together. :)

It’s so hard to find a balance when it comes to mat time and lifting. Gone are my days of cramming as much as I can into my days. Now I maybe hit weights for a very fundamental 5x5 like twice a week on a good week. I treat mat time similar, at least the more open mat times and hard rolling.
