Even in El Salvador only a very few do have or accept bitcoin. Issue here is education, both regarding finance in general and bitcoin in particular, but also technical hurdels such as wallet handeling (send invoice as mainchain instead of ln in invoice) and the official govt. Chivo wallet is not always reliable.

To your observation: everyone gets bitcoin at the price he deserves..
