Maybe check out Kraków, Gdańsk, Łódź and Warsaw (in this particular order 😜). Rural Poland is rather mehh in my opinion - But at least Tatra Mountains in the south is also worth a visit
I've had perogies before, I'm afraid that's the limit of my knowledge of Polish food but I do love em!
