I didn't share my details in time to make it in the post but I did a ton of work deploying and polishing Hashpool and eHash:
- experimented with nostr as a bitcoin transaction transport layer. Test environment: https://github.com/vnprc/tx-relay-playground. Rust crate: https://crates.io/crates/bitcoin-nostr-relay
- experimented with nostr and cashu payment forwarding
- deployed Hashpool to testnet https://pool.hashpool.dev https://proxy.hashpool.dev
- proposed two new new cashu NUT specs: https://github.com/cashubtc/nuts/pull/292 and https://github.com/cashubtc/nuts/pull/293
- I think most importantly, I leveled up my vibe skills with some very large behind the scenes refactors. I extracted the ehash logic into dedicated rust crates and created 4 new roles to collect stats and serve web pages. The new architecture will be pivotal in turning SRI into a self-hostable service and preparing the repo to transition into a mining pool development kit.
