For the Cilantro (Coriander) lovers out there who want to grow it but can't in their climate nostr:npub15879mltlln6k8jy32k6xvagmtqx3zhsndchcey8gjyectwldk88sq5kv0n

Try Vietnamese Coriander (Persicaria odorata). An aquatic or semi-aquatic plant that loves the heat, as long as it's in water or kept moist. It'll survive some cold and light frosts if kept under cover, I've had it in water that froze overnight and it keeps going.

Easy to propagate from cuttings.

The taste, for me, is almost indistinguishable from Cilantro and the leaves are easier to deal with.

No problem, your only problem with it is having too much 😂, it's prolific and tough.
