Another thing - there are definitely more people doing 1 persons job..

They just existing and collecting printed money.. 99% of these people are doing it just to exist and would leave if the money was hard..

I genuinely think majority of meetings are purely to tick boxes… boggles my mind as someone who came from running his own one man show..
