Visited a dentist to get my teeth cleaned just in case something happens where I no longer have health insurance. Yes my insurance is though my employer. 🤔

Buy xilitol bulk. Use it as a sweetener instead of sugar and forget the dentist forever

That is the hardest product to get locally. Haven’t found a trustworthy website to order from but I have some in storage.
