I never understood the fear of being "alone with your thoughts". When I started this new job and the said you can't use your phone on the floor or listen to music my brother said told me I'll be alone with my thoughts while I work like it was a bad thing. He's complained his job making him "too much in his own head". How are you afraid of your own thoughts?
