I stopped trading all the risk stuff, lost a lot on it in the past not worth it. I just follow the 4 year cycle to help track highs and lows. I have a few charts and metrics but nothing is 100%. Macro trading is the most reliable but anything in the short term is a total dice throw. Overall it is about accumulation for the long term with a small stack to trade for cycle highs/lows.
