It’s a leading theory. Some folks say they have an in on it and even doxed the exchange as upbit. Others are adamant and challenging that it’s not the pattern of an exchange wallet. It’s more like hearsay vs actual confirmation of it. Still a bit up in the air but I lean toward upbit as a very strong possibility.
