Well done! You were one of the few that opened my eyes to regenerative ag. I’ve been buying bulk beef for the about 3 years from a local rancher. They do incredible work as well. Who are your customers? Do you sell direct?
We focused first on scaling the female herd through herdshares, we are slowly dialing in being industry leaders in how to properly finish and process nutrient dense grass fed beef. Yes we will sell direct, probably will just start with lean primal ground beef
