People who wanted destruction went out of state and cops that responded with too much force were publicly shamed. Like imagine crying that someone threw an empty bottle at you while in full riot gear.... Didn't even feel it. In turn the cops ask what does a guy getting murdered in another state have to do with us. The acknowledgement was appreciated and some people just wanted the actions condemned by other officers.
