the capitalism they claim to hate is all indeed collectivism. ive been trying to tease that reality out with my friends and family but the feign runs deep.

Exactly, we don't even have capitalism at all when there are central banks that can 'regulate' their own industry and print money.
That sounds more like communism tbh.
