Could be you accidentally clicked something different, or it didn't go through correctly. Some people do it just for fun or if they don't want credit for zapping. It also doesn't appear on the zapped amount of the sending pleb.

Pretty sure I zap the same Everytime. When I use primal the zaps are always public but on amythist a good amount of the time they are anonymous

I wish I could decide when to make it public/anonymous. How do you do it?

Hold down on the zap icon till a menu appears, then click on the drop down menu, it will probably either be on public or private, click it and change to what you want then click save.
