They’re Matt Furies NFTs, he’s the creator of Pepe and when he came to acknowledge NFTs he made a Rare Pepe on Counterparty which is Bitcoin there was a spot saved for him in that collection even tho it closed like in 2016, then he decided to make his own collection which is this https://www.rarepepes.fun and https://www.pegz.fun
