I don't believe this can happen

Any conversation place is going to be controversial by nature.

Necessary conversations wont be had on neutral ground because it would allow the little people, thats us, to figure out whats going on, which iswhy EVERY damn debate website is overflowing with loud schizos that totally disrupt the conversation.

Occupy wallstreet was unfortunately a lesson the upper bracket handlers realized the implications off too well.
