Yep, Nostur handles the nostr:npub1q6kncquzxqfwragm22ac3xj4x77f3z8gafd0de6tw0nsl99lweeswmn6lk bot notes just fine.

I'm gathering all of the notes from nostr.band which come to me in hex format. I'm the passing them all to NAK to encode them to the NIP-19 format and then I'm using NAK to publish the notes via nostr:note1blahbkah format. Which most clients render properly...
