Since COVID SARS We have been meeting every Thursday around an old fashioned fire barrel. Like the men in the 1930's It has evolved over the last few years. It is not for everyone however rain or shine a core group has emerged. At first the barrel was smokey but we made improvements. Now the flames stand tall in the darkness flickering off our faces as we discuss the things of the heart. It is so refreshing. We do not fire hose and have a captive audience to air our thoughts and dreams. It connects us spiritually right through the ages as people for eons gathered around fire. What a beautiful tradition has arisen. It's not church but much better then church! Long live our Fire Barrel Republic!
