All the average person cares about is the monthly payment. Many will be delusional enough to think housing is “affordable” again and have all kinds of retarded justifications on why they should sign the 50 year note.

Do the same interest rate. Payment will be lower on the 50 and most people only care that their monthly payment will be 10% lower. People don’t allow themselves to think long term it scares them 😂
