Yes, absolutely. I was so keen on getting one because the concept is great, but not like this. Hopefully, someday we'll get something similar based on GrapheneOS or a similar OS.

Indeed, 100%! They’d be better positioned as a ‘sovereign health hardware company’, and build for running GrapheneOS. There’s huge demand for such a device.
