Sadly I don't. Just an old favorite that's always on hand.

Give it time! Best to refine that sort of thing to find subtle nuances. I’ve done that with my beef Panzone

That's why I like cooking. We refine on the fly.

Been cooking for over 25 years without recipes. Love just building desired flavor profile and textural experience in my head and then working to achieve it in the kitchen.
