Sup Jordan. Sucks to hear you having a rough go of things. Times are tough and your not alone as lots of us are out of work.
What are your skills?
Have you tried temp agencies? Sure they're not great jobs and they're hit or miss but they will be enough to keep you alive.
Below is my opinion and it might not be for you, but is an idea for you.
As to where you could look for a long term job go to any car dealership, auto body, car rental and ask if they hiring automotive detailers/car washers. Most detailing jobs only require high school and to be able to pass a drug test, in my experience. It's a valuable skill/trade to learn as not many folks are willing to put in the attention to detail to the craft to make them a master. Watch and learn about the trade on Youtube, absorb as much as you can. It can be a rewarding and lucrative career if you become known in your local car scene as the go to guy for paint correction, painting, body work, etc.
Once you get enough confidence start your own detailing practice while still working for your employer on the side and start handing out cards at your local Cars & Coffee or other car meets advertising your business. You won't make big money until you establish some cred if you decide to venture down this path. I will post a Ziprecruiter and Indeed link below so maybe you can get some ideas of where to hand out resumes. Don't rely on them though solely, start knocking on every dealer or auto body you can find and see if their hiring or if they know someone who is hiring detailers.

As nostr:npub10chlkc62tk7yr5m9qjc2u7rs3ufhhrq8yukeey0c5lysqkp2gumq93mnex said on your note learn sales and marketing as well as that is most valuable skill you can have both as a business owner and applying for jobs as interviews are all about selling yourself.
In short learn a skill and hustle. You have to REALLY want a better life. This is only a temporary bump in the road and if you want to get out you will do what it takes.
