Saison aged in clay amphoras with Riesling grape must. I think I remember this being great, but I think this bottle is 5-6 years old so it may be sour AF.

Guess I'll find out tonight 🤷

It's still good!

Funky saison. Not much from the grapes anymore, due to the age. Clay aging still noticable with a bit of minerality.

Glad I found this today 💪
