lightning: is not a standard protocol, bitcoin: is and safe-listed by browsers.

besides this there is also no reason for us to distinct between bitcoin and lightning payments, they are both bitcoin payments, its just a different delivery mechanism. lightning is just a way to move bitcoin faster and users shouldn't have to figure out the technical terminology and suffer from bad UX practices just so us geeks can split hairs
