A morning of #calisthenics on my bars of pain! Still on negatives for the Tricep Dips with the gymnastic rings but progressing slowly in number of reps.
Negatives are a great method to build up enough strength to perform more difficult exercises properly.
Then a keto breakfast (7 large eggs, Raw Cheese, Avocado & Sardines).
Feeling stronger every day 💪 and thankful to have the interest, time and energy to keep learning and growing.
