Also, if you're going to the exercise class often enough, maybe you'd want to join the next time we do a #31days challenge of some physical activity every day for that time. We did it in January and it was great.

No 🀣 it can be 31 days of long walks if you really wanted. Mostly it's gym stuff, but for me it was also martial arts, yoga, and walks. It's great, because I never would have been as active without it.
